This body butter has been perfectly formulated to melt upon contact with skin. Whipped light and fluffy. This body butter has no additive for color. The chamomile essential oil in this product creates a soothing musky woodsy smell. All the herbs listed were infused in the oils listed for optimal skin benefits. Stored and Shipped in a glass mason jar.
Shipping body butter in extreme temperatures makes for different results in the body butter upon arrival. Freezing temperatures freeze the body butter and make it swell. Hot temperatures make it melt.

We do everything we can in packaging to make sure these temps wont change the properties of the body butter. Insulate or add cold packs.

The consistency will change but the body butter will become more like a lotion but all the medicinal properties will still be intact.

When melted it may not be as light and fluffy as when packaged. It can be refirmed by placing in refrigerator for a few hours.

Freezing temperatures make it swell so we put less product in the container. If freezing temperatures is where the product is being shipped we may put the product in a bigger container but still give you the ounce you paid for. This is to give it room for swelling. We dont want you to recieve broken glass and unusable body butter. You will not have to pay extra for the bigger container. It will look like less product but it is not. You will recieve the amount of ounces you have purchased.

As stated in the shipping section if the product is shipped in freezing temperatures the product may swell. If that is the case we will put the ounces you paid for in a bigger container to prevent the product from breaking the glass jar. If shipped in hot temperatures it will melt. Since we prewarn you about this we do not refund for these things.

All sales are final. There are no refunds. If the item is received damaged in the mail we will gladly offer a replacement. In this case the costumer must notify us about the problem immediately via email and it is the costumers responsibilty to return the item in its unused original shipping box or pouches it arrived in.
