How its made:
Organic elderberries are submerged in half apple cider vinegar/honey for 8 weeks. Then we make a stove top elderberry syrup that is boiled down to a syrup with cinnamon, cloves and ginger. Then half the stove top elderberry oxymel and half the stove top elderberry syrup are combined. Having half the ratio the oxymel now makes it shelf stable for about year.
